About Us

Hi there, I’m Mark. I started Supreme Exterior Clean back in 2001. I was at college when a friend of mine gave me his window cleaning round. He had graduated University and told me it was an excellent way to earn whilst studying. And twisted my arm by saying he had some great customers he didn’t want to let down.

He wasn’t wrong. I loved it! But in the back of my mind, I had always wanted to join the Fire Brigade. So, I continued window cleaning, studying, and applied for the Brigade at the same time.

I was lucky enough to sail through the application process (I guess my expertise in climbing ladders came in handy!) By now it was 2002. The Fire Brigade was going through turmoil with industrial action and wage disputes. And start dates were pushed back indefinitely. I couldn’t afford not to work when I finished college and had to make a choice.

Supreme Exterior Clean became my life. And although a few months later, I was called with a start date after all, I had already started to make huge strides in my own business. I’d seen an opportunity to expand into all exterior cleaning services and we were doing so well.

Although it was a difficult decision at the time, it turned out for the best in the long run. And we became Supreme Exterior Clean Ltd in 2018.

Our team has grown, and I am proud to say we continue to thrive and grow all our exterior cleaning services thanks to our dedication to delivering the best results, with every job we complete.

Our headquarters are in Newcastle upon Tyne and we cover all areas of the North East – NE, CA, DL, DH, SR and TS postcodes. We also have a depot in the West Midlands where we cover the – B, CV, WR, and WS postcodes. But if you are unsure if you are in our catchment, just give us a call!

We recently had a kitchen extension completed, and the outside of the house was very dirty and dusty as a result. The guys at Supreme Exterior Clean did a great job, cleaning the walls and windows, as well as the roof. It turned out to be quite a complicated job - the roof proved quite awkward to access. The guys were brilliant about keeping us updated on how they were going to complete the job, and when. They did an excellent job, and were very friendly and professional too. I contacted Mark after reading great reviews of his work. I needed brick mortar removing from the brickwork on front and rear extensions.His communication prior to agreeing the work was excellent explaining what the work would entail and providing a quote.Although the work was complete a day later than planned, communication to request the delay was clear and polite and Mark then arrived early on the day.The work was done to a high quality and Mark left areas clean and tidy, protecting my front door and garage door.I throughly recommend Mark, nice chap and great quality work and decent prices.

Eddie the salesman was really good in explaining things and it’s mainly because of him we decided to have all the outside including facias, stones, walls, roof, chimneys, guttering done as oppose to initial plan of having only roof cleaned. He pointed out all the areas of concerns (which we never spotted before) and came over twice during 3 days work to ensure everything gets done properly. Very pleasant and helpful person. The guys Luckmore and kenyan who worked their magic were amazing too. They worked so hard and transformed our roof which was covered with 10 years plus worth of moss, lichens and dirt. I feel like we have a brand new roof now. i will highly recommend this company to everyone.

From the very first phone call enquiry I know this was a professional organisation. The Two workers were hard working, very pleasant and COVID safe in their practices for two full days. I live in a wooded area and have a large roof and the garage and rear of the house were particularly heavily covered in moss and lichen and gutters full. My roof looks practically brand new very pleased. One of the down drainpipes became blocked after the work and a quick phone call and they were immediately back to check and remedy the problem. We had some bad staining on one side of the house, over our white render after a blocked gutter had been overflowing for a while.
